Crosby fans and hockey card collectors can now add a limited edition series of Upper Deck Rbk hockey cards featuring Sidney Crosby to their collection.

The hockey cards are available as a 'gift with purchase' promotion for purchasing items from the Sidney Crosby Rbk SC87 collection. The Sidney Crosby hockey cards from Reebok and Upper Deck are currently only available in Canada.

A press conference was held on August 12, 2007 at Sport Chek in Mississuaga, Ontario introducing the media to new Rbk SC87 brand featuring Sidney Crosby. The Rbk SC87 line includes footwear, apparel and hockey equipment. The design of this line includes input from Sidney Crosby himself. I was excited to catch my first glimpse of Sidney Crosby in person at the press conference. While I am not a member of the press I was allowed to watch and snap a few pictures. Following the Reebok Sidney Crosby press conference I sent an email to Derek Baker, representing Reebok Canada Inc., and asked about the hockey cards.

According to Mr. Baker, “There are four Upper Deck cards in the series. All four come packaged together so if you decide to buy anything from the new SC87 Collection - you'll have access to the set. From an availability perspective, you can currently buy SC87 at all Sport Chek stores across the country (Canada) except for the province of Quebec [but pieces of the collection will most likely be available there too in due time].”
